In other news, I started exercising again. I was so pumped about doing the Couch to 5K program (and was even enjoying my 30 minutes on the treadmill) until my knee started hurting like crazy. Ugh. I could hardly even tolerate our evening walk tonight. The craziest thing is that it's my "good" knee that is hurting. My "bad" knee (old basketball injury) has tolerated my new exercise regime very well and is giving me zero issues. I tried to push through the pain a few times, but it has gotten so much worse that I have to quit for now. I have no idea what the problem is, but it has caused me to hold off on running & jumping for now, sadly. Thankfully, youtube has provided me with some ideas for cardio that is for people with knee injuries.
