Monday: Spaghetti with Artichoke Hearts and Creamy Tomato Sauce

Tuesday: Mennonite Style Chicken Noodle Soup (using leftover chicken & turkey in freezer)

Wednesday: Fall of the Bone BBQ Ribs, Mashed Potatoes, Cooked Mixed Veggies, Coleslaw

Thursday:  Leftovers

Friday: Homemade Pizza & Veggies / Dip

Saturday: Leftovers or a Fritatta similar to this one
