Menu Plan

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Leftovers for Lunch
Out for Supper

Bean & Sausage Chili Soup (using leftover sausage from last week)

Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu (recipe to come), Mashed Potatoes, Coleslaw, Steamed Carrots

Ginger Beef (NEW), Stir Fry Veggies, Rice

Shipwreck, Tossed Salad

Bold Friday

Chicken Fingers, Oven Fries, Veggies & Dip

*Alternate Quick Meals for the Week - Fettuccine Alfredo with Salad
- Pizza Buns

Happy MPM, Jenna! I'm adding your crock pot beef stroganoff recipe to my menu plan for next week. Love to use the crock pot, especially on days we're home schooling. Makes supper so easy. I like the fact that your recipe doesn't use cream of mushroom soup, as so many others do. :) We'll give it a try. Sounds good for a warm fall meal. ~~Rhonda

I'm looking forward to seeing the easy chicken cordon bleu. It's such a yummy dish, but rather time consuming to prepare. :-)
