Thin-Crust Pizza Dough
2 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
1 C. warm water
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour (approx)
Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water in bowl. Let proof for 10 minutes. Add oil, salt, and 2 1/2 cups flour or enough to make a soft dough. Let rest a couple of minutes and then spread onto pizza pans. Dough will be quite thin. Top with pizza sauce and favourite toppings. Bake in preheated 375 F oven for about 20 minutes.
