Menu Plan Monday (April 25, 2011)

I feel like we're going through a bit of a supper slump lately. I am struggling to figure out what meals to plan to keep things interesting but not too complicated or time-consuming. We're taking full advantage of using homemade pitas this week. There are a lack of recipe links this week since we're trying a few new recipes. Here's what we're planning on eating this week:

Supper: Thai Chicken Pita Wraps (using leftover chicken fingers)

Tuesday, April 26
Lunch: Whole Wheat Pasta in Marinara Sauce, Fruit
Supper: BBQ Beef on a Bun (NEW), Pasta Salad (NEW), Veggies & Dip

Wednesday, April 27
